Johnson & Johnson:
HR Next

So, for this Johnson & Johnson Future of Work event, I had to come up with a totally unique design solution that included everything from brand and campaign concepts to print and digital collateral, presentation templates, and environmental graphics.

No big deal, right?

That in and of itself is quite the undertaking, but in my case, our team had one tricky design element that HAD to be implemented (as dictated by the client) into the over all design…

…the periodic table.

By today’s standard, the whole “making-things-mimic-the-periodic-table” is a very outdated concept but that was the mission we were charged with. I had to really dig deep and explore ways to elevate the the tried and true trope and make it fresh and exciting for the event and the Johnson & Johnson brand.

And, ta-da!

After some serious brainstorming and creative exploration, we landed on a maximalist approach that showcased the different reactions each "element" would cause. The client absolutely loved it, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

This one was a great one to work on! It really pushed me to discover a new angle in presenting an otherwise outdated design prompt while pushing the upper most limits of the Johnson & Johnson brand.
