Diversity & Inclusion

“Change the world without changing yourself.”

That was the prompt that sparked this creative endeavor for Johnson & Johnson’s rebrand of their Diversity & Inclusion initiative.

In an attempt to wrap my mind around this project I decided to take a deconstructive approach in designing this brand approached the project with an abstract mindset.

The shapes and colors I used reflect the richness and diversity of culture. Each shape has its own unique purpose and identity, just like the employees at J&J.

I designed this brand to speak to the unique nature of the people at J&J, emphasizing the limitless potential of embracing diversity. The bold and vibrant colors bring the messaging to life and create beautifully vibrant forms.

I also created various deliverables for the brand, such as posters, social media templates, and email headers. Below are a few examples of how the messaging and design work together to create a memorable and impactful campaign that could be seeded across J&J.
